PAINT-THE-TOWN PROGRAM

Program Description

Update your home with a fresh coat of paint, and we’ll provide a one-time grant of $300 for paint and materials.

Program Parameters

Home must be located within city limits of Almena, Lenora or Norton.
Homeowner complete and submit application to appropriate City Office prior to painting.
The City administration approves or rejects the application.
$300 grant paid to owner after City is satisfied painting project is satisfactorily completed and upon submission of before/after photos.

Application Review Process

The appropriate City Clerk’s Office and City Council of Almena, Lenora or Norton, depending on home location, will accept and review applications for this program.
